Oxygen security remains a cornerstone of emergency healthcare and the treatment of patients suffering from respiratory conditions that compromise unaided breathing. In line with its commitment to strengthen emergency response and critical care services, the Tharaka Nithi County Department of Public Health, Medical Services, and ICT has continued to prioritize the production and delivery of medical oxygen to all patients in need.In a significant step forward, the County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Health, Dr. Gichuyia Nthuraku M’riara, today led the County Health Management Team in receiving 150 oxygen flowmeters donated by PATH under the Source and Scale Project.
